Hey guys! I hope y'all had a nice weekend. I was a bit under the weather so stuck in bed for the majority of mine. During this very rare downtime, I should have been planning and strategizing upcoming holiday logistics. I think I told y'all we're hosting out of town family and serving up Thanksgiving dinner for 20! I mean, how many potatoes do I need to mash for 20 people?!
