While we hope you love your order from the Avenue, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s). Please see below for details on our shipping & returns policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused with tags affixed and include all original packaging.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return and include your order number and the exact item(s) you wish to return. Upon approval, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is $10 for US returns which will be deducted from your refund.
The Avenue will refund the original form of payment you provided. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and we do not offer exchanges.
All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description, so please pay special attention prior to placing your order. All customized and personalized products are included in this category and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
We offer specialty gift wrapping and handwritten cards for an added fee. Simply add this service to your cart and include your note in the "Gift Message" box at checkout.
If you are returning a gift, we have to refund the customer who paid for the item. We are happy to exchange your gift, but we will have to inform the original purchaser. Gift wrapping services will not be refunded.
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number. Please note that in some cases, your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. We offer same-day deliveries in Houston for a $20 fee. We are working to offer international shipping soon!
Standard shipping (1 to 3 business day transit) on all orders less than $150 before taxes and shipping is $10 and free for all orders of $150 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Expedited shipping is $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air and $25 for UPS Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
