About The Avenue

We’re so glad you found yourself shopping on The Avenue. Founder Lyndsey Zorich sought to start an online destination dedicated to bringing beautiful products to life. The Avenue is designed to make you feel like you’re browsing boutiques in Santa Barbara, sifting through French flea markets and traveling the world discovering unique pieces for styling your home and yourself.
The Avenue invites you to peruse the distinctive offerings in our various specialty shops. If you’re seeking something to make an island-inspired pool party feel thematic but not over-the-top, you’ll find the hurricanes that will do the trick in our LIVE shop. If a watermelon clutch would be the piéce de resistance of your summer vacation packing list, our WEAR shop has you covered. Our GIFT shop is chock-full of treasures you’ll be thrilled to drop on your neighbor’s doorstep, send your mother-in-law or have in tow for the hostess who deserves a thoughtful token of your affection. Be sure to keep an eye out for exclusives, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces and bespoke styles, too.
Lyndsey’s blog lives on to inspire the stories you can tell and moments you can share with these pieces. We are your single destination to see experiences styled and make shopping simpler with our highly curated, seasonal edits. We hope this is a place you love spending time, and every once in awhile, you leave with something only on The Avenue.

A Letter from Lyndsey Zorich, Founder
My most cherished childhood memories happened around the dinner table. My grandmother had a love of cooking and gathering big crowds of people for get-togethers. It was always “the more the merrier” at her house, and that’s exactly how I feel in my home today. Our generation is so focused on seeing and doing, but I have a hunch some of the best memories happen in the moments in between. I feel strongly that every day is a cause for celebration, so it brings me so much joy to host friends and family for anything from a casual backyard barbeque to an outside-the-box themed dinner party with costumes encouraged. The Avenue was born out of my passion for styling these experiences, from my attire to the tablescape.

My blogging background made me feel like a fairly equipped Internet browser, but there was no single destination where I could snag the bud vase I needed and the clutch I could carry that same night. Given all the time in the world, I would sift through French flea markets and explore the shops in Santa Barbara to source these covetable items.  So, I set out to design an online destination that resembles meaningful shopping experiences like these--ones where you engage with the shopkeeper and see the vision behind their designs in real life. We celebrate old-school shopping in a new age by sharing the stories behind the brands we believe in and the scenes that show how we envision these pieces playing a part in your life’s highlight reel.

My intention is to help you have easy access to items that enhance your experiences, both the everyday and celebratory kind. The collections are ever-changing and highly curated to ensure that whatever the occasion, you and your table are dressed for it. It’s been carefully hand-picked with all of you, my friends, family and following, in mind. I hope you love it like I do. Like I said, the more, the merrier, so I’m so happy to have you on The Avenue.
