Thank you for shopping at The Avenue by Lyndsey Zorich! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you need to return or exchange an item, our return policy is outlined below.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

Items shipped directly from the Vendor, may have special eligibility for Return or Exchange. Please see Product description for details

Mason by Mason’s Daughter items are Made-to-Order and only eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit/Gift Card
Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Please visit The Avenue Return/Exchange Portal HERE to initiate your return

Print Your Shipping Label

Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you wish to return, along with the original packaging slip

Ship Your Return: Affix the label and ship the package to the return address provided, via USPS, within the 14 day window

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the desired item is not available, eligibility requirements apply
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return Re-Stock/Shipping Fee:

Customers are responsible for a $15 Shipping Fee, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect item.

This fee will be deducted from your return refund
